FAQ

Which credit cards do you accept?

We process our credit card payments via Cybersource Gateway. We accept Visa and MasterCard.


How does checking out with a credit card work?

If paying by credit card you will be directed to the secure payment site. We do not deal directly with credit card payments ourselves and we do not keep or see your credit card details. Your bill amount will be itemized and automatically shown in USD equivalent if you choose to checkout with Paypal.
All credit card transactions have a transaction fee of 5% per order, this is the fee the bank will charge us for each transaction.
You may pay by cash if you purchase your tickets from one of our box offices.


Are credit card payments secure?

Yes. We do not process credit card payments ourselves. All credit card payment transactions are handled by a secure payment site. Further more any information given during signup on our website will be processed through a secure online session via SSL.


Do I have to register?

In order to speed up future orders we recommend to register and become a member. This way you just need to log into your account before you order and you do not have to fill in your personal data again. Off course you can choose not to register but we still need to collect your details in order to be able to send you your tickets by email once you have paid for your purchase.


How do I order tickets?

Find the date of the show you would like to purchase tickets for. This is the calendar link. Then select the category of your choice and click reserve tickets.
Using the floor plan of the venue find the seats you would like order in and tick them, once you have selected all seats you would like click reserve and proceed to check out.
